I’m an early career, “founder-type” researcher, a master's student in nutrition science, and a consultant on preventive/lifestyle medicine. I strive to get ambitious results in the ageing field, ultimately trying to catalyse a pivotal change in how we experience our journey on this flying grain of sand.
Currently, I'm fostering my biomedical research skills in world-leading research groups while also learning about anything that could prevent diseases and optimize human health from the best sources there are.
My core values: ambition, curiosity, stoicism, morality, assertiveness, growth mindset, grit and antifragility.

📅 Sep 2023 - Jun 2024, full time
For my master's thesis, I will be working in Cambridge, and among other things, I'll be investigating the mechanistic role of two novel hepatokines and their putative effect on adipose tissue.
The main skills learned during the period are:
Cell culture handling and procedures
qPCR
Data analysis with R
RNA Extraction from cells
Data handling and analysis (Excel, Prism)
📅 Jun 2021 - Present, part-time
Consueling clients and athletes on how to eat, train, sleep and implement all the others proper lifestyle behaviours.
